The OnCite™ Supplier Portal allows Suppliers to enter project bids, complete Work Orders assigned to them, record problems and completion information on a project action item, and view Invoices.

  • Process Work Orders and Action Items without rekeying - How much time is spent rekeying completion information from Suppliers for Work Orders or Action Items for a Project? How long does it take for the key parties involved to be notified that the work has been completed? Suppliers can enter in their own completion information and the system will automatically send email notifications to the team members associated. Not only does this prevent rekeying, but it also results in real-time processing for Work Orders and Action Items.
  • Real-Time Information - Most projects are stalled due to lack of communication. Benefit from a real-time system as problem logs are noted by suppliers. It won't take a day to know that there is a part on back-order, etc. The Supplier can enter the problem logs through the Portal and the Project Manager can be emailed instantly.
  • Have the Latest Contact Information, Part Information and Equipment Information - Suppliers can update their own contact information, add or edit their own supply parts and even update the Equipment Details for the Equipment they support. This means less work for your building staff.
  • Service Requests – Suppliers can view and complete Work Orders assigned to them.
  • Project Bids – View and enter bids for projects. Facility Managers can compare, reject and accept bids from the bid sheets entered through the Supplier Portal. This streamlines the bidding process and provides companies with a process that gets past the bidding and onto the actual project work.
  • Project Action Items – Suppliers can view and update Actions Items for a Project.
  • Project Problem Logs - Suppliers can enter problem logs during the course of a project and the project manager will be automatically notified.
  • Invoices – Suppliers can view all Invoices and their current status without having to call and request the information.
  • Purchase Orders - Suppliers can view all Purchase Orders and review the status.
  • Contact Information - Suppliers can update their own Contact Information as needed. This allows for Project Managers to know how to get in touch with the right person.
