- Save Money - Performing Building Inspections is a tedious job but a necessary one. To expedite the process, use wireless technology that not only prevents rekeying data, but also dispatches associated Work Orders immediately. In most cases, the work performed corrects an issue that is causing high utility usage or improves Tenant Satisfaction providing Tenant Retention and thus improving the bottom line.
- Standardization - Use global inspection checklist to allow for reporting across portfolios and property groups. These checklists inclue details about each checkpoint and even allow file uploads such as pictures.
- Ratings and Impact - Have the ability to rate your buildings based upon the inspection results. Also track the impact level the inspection has scored for fire and life safety for example.
- Scheduling - Schedule Inspections and have OnCite™ handle the generation and dispatching. Assignees will receive ticklers when the inspection is becoming active and the supervisor will be notified with the inspection is past due.

- Checklists – Use customized online Checklists to help gather precise information quickly and accurately during building inspections. Construct customized Checklist Templates that can be adjusted as necessary and reused to meet multiple requirements.
- Wireless Integration - Complete Inspection Checklists while “in the field” using Tablet PC. And with OnCite™'s OCC (Occasionally Connected Computing) technology, spotty (or in some cases, nonexistent) wireless reception presents no problem.
- Work Order Integration – Generate work orders based on inspection results compared to client-specific parameters. Use optional features to automatically notify Suppliers and/or building staff of newly-entered Work Orders.
- Schedule Recurring Inspections – Help improve compliance and efficiency by scheduling Inspections on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis. Use optional features to automatically advise inspectors of imminent or past due inspections.
- Report Manager – Generate reports for Inspection results, Inspector performance, and scheduled Inspections.
