Continuous Improvement Program

Deep Forest Systems, Inc. employs a highly effective organizational performance measurement system, PDMI (Plan, Do Measure and Improve), which is at the core of its success. Key measurement concepts and strategies are so integral to business at Deep Forest that many elements of our performance measurement system have been built into our internal project management systems. Our Post Project Audit (PPA) for example, is a critical step we take at the conclusion of each project, to analyze and document the projects successes, challenges, and mistakes and then convert what we learn into ongoing processes. These discoveries may result in policy changes (such as changes to written policies and agreements), procedural changes (such as changes to client communication procedures, internal system design procedures, etc.), and occasionally, in adjustments or additions to corporate philosophy and direction.

PDMI strategies are built around two primary focuses: Building Customer Loyalty and Increasing Internal Effectiveness, and as a result, our customers can expect:

Adapting to Changing Technologies

Because adapting to new and changing technologies has a direct and often dramatic effect on our Clients, Deep Forest considers such adaptation to be a key element of providing unparalleled customer service.

And Deep Forest has a true forte for adapting to changing technologies. As a web technology company in business for over 11 years, changing technologies are at the core or our business. To remain successful and competitive, we must constantly research and develop methods for capitalizing on, rather than merely reacting to, the latest technologies in our field.

Our experiences in adapting to changing technologies include a) moving from Lotus Notes, a client-based application platform, to Lotus Domino, the web version of the same and b) adding OCC, or Occasionally Connected Computing functionality in the form of interfaces for the RIM BlackBerry and the Tablet PC.

These adaptations compounded the value of our systems and services and our Clients came out the biggest winners. Ongoing, Deep Forest continues to dedicate resources to Research and Development so that we may continue to lead the industry.
