How many buildings and leases can I manage with OnCite™?
The scalability of the OnCite™ system allows you to manage a virtually unlimited number of properties, leases, pieces of equipment, work orders, inspections, budgets, etc..
Is there a limit to the number of users I can have with OnCite™?
OnCite™ can handle a virtually unlimited number of users, all with the knowledge that your data is secure in the reliable Lotus Notes/Domino environment.
What platforms will OnCite™ work on? (Windows, MacOS, Unix, Etc.)
OnCite™ will work on any platform that can support a web browser, and is optimized for Microsoft Internet Explorer. (Deep Forest Systems recommends using Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 with OnCite™) OnCite™ has an interface for the RIM BlackBerry and the Tablet PC.
Do I need to be connected to a network to use OnCite™?
No, a network connection is not necessary to use OnCite™. OnCite™'s; flexible design allows you to access the system from anywhere that you have an internet connection, with no special software!
Can I customize parts of OnCite™ to suit my company's unique needs?
Definitely. While OnCite™ is designed to provide full functionality to a wide range of users, we at Deep Forest understand that each Client is different and has its own business processes that work well. We will customize OnCite™ to match your business processes and vision and can integrate it with virtually any industry standard software tool as needed. OnCite™ training is currently available at the cost of $1,200 per day, plus travel.

The cost of OnCite™ will vary depending on the setup you select. Packages start at around $30,000 for a group of user licenses and associated project management and customization services and typically range between $30,000 and $350,000 for larger corporate installations.
